# Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Sales Manager** to manage and run our building materials retail shop. The ideal candidate must have at least **5 years of relevant experience** in building materials, construction materials, hardware, or a similar retail business.

The candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent sales and customer service skills, and the ability to independently handle the day-to-day operations of the shop.

# Key Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise the daily operations of the building materials retail shop.

* Handle sales, customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.

* Sell building and construction materials, including steel, cement, wood, electrical wires, bathroom fittings, hardware, and related products.

* Develop and maintain good relationships with contractors, builders, plumbers, electricians, and other customers.

* Identify new customers and increase sales and business opportunities.

* Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on customer orders.

* Manage stock, inventory, product purchasing, and stock replenishment.

* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.

* Monitor daily sales, expenses, cash collection, and shop performance.

* Supervise shop staff and ensure smooth daily operations.

* Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and organization of the shop.

* Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve monthly sales targets.

* Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management.

# Requirements

* Minimum **5 years of experience** in building materials, construction materials, hardware retail, or a related field.

* Strong knowledge of building materials and hardware products.

* Experience in managing a retail shop or building materials showroom.

* Good communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.

* Ability to manage staff, inventory, suppliers, and daily shop operations.

* Must be hardworking, honest, proactive, and responsible.

* Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for shop management.

* UAE market experience is preferred.

* Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.

* Good English communication skills. Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
