✅ Refundable upon checkout if no damage and 2 weeks’ notice is given before leaving
❌ Deposit will not be refunded if you leave without giving at least 2 weeks’ prior notice

💧 Gas & Drinking Water – To be supplied by the tenant

🧹 Cleanliness & House Rules

✅ Keep your bed space and shared areas clean
✅ Shared balcony area is for drying clothes only 👕🧺
🚫 No smoking or drinking allowed inside the apartment
🚫 Do not stick anything on the walls (no stickers, posters, tape, etc.)
🚫 Do not damage any furniture, appliances, or items in the apartment
🔇 Maintain silence and respect others’ privacy
🕚 Lights must be turned off by 11:00 PM to avoid disturbing others
🚮 Dispose of trash properly and regularly
