📢 WE ARE HIRING – FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
📍 Location: Ajman, UAE
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally.
* Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
* Maintain the reception area and office appearance.
* Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to clients and guests.
* Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and documentation.
* Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office correspondence.
* Provide administrative support to management when required.
Requirements:
✅ Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
✅ Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
✅ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Customer Service Representative.
⭐ Experience in a Manpower Supply, Recruitment, HR Consultancy, or Business Consultancy Firm will be a significant advantage.
⭐ Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an added benefit.
