E-Commerce Manager – Amazon, Noon & Online Marketplaces

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our business across Amazon UAE, Noon, and other major online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in the UAE e-commerce market and should be capable of independently managing marketplace operations from account setup to sales growth and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow brand accounts on Amazon UAE, Noon, and other relevant online marketplaces.
* Complete management of Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
* Strong practical knowledge of both FBA and FBM operations.
* Create, optimize, and manage product listings, variations, categories, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
* Manage marketplace advertising, including Amazon PPC and other sponsored campaigns.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, pricing analysis, and marketplace research.
* Improve product ranking, visibility, conversion rate, and overall sales performance.
* Handle account health, performance metrics, customer issues, returns, claims, and marketplace-related cases.
* Coordinate inventory planning, fulfillment, logistics, and stock replenishment.
* Manage marketplace promotions, deals, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
* Prepare sales, advertising, profitability, and performance reports.
* Identify new online marketplaces and opportunities to expand the company's brands.
* Develop and execute strategies to achieve consistent and profitable e-commerce growth.

Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years of relevant e-commerce / marketplace experience, preferably within the UAE.
* Proven hands-on experience selling and managing brands on Amazon and Noon.
* Excellent knowledge of Amazon FBA and FBM.
* Strong understanding of Seller Central, marketplace policies, account health, listing optimization, advertising, and fulfillment.
* Experience managing multiple products/SKUs and preferably multiple brands.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand sales, advertising costs, margins, conversion rates, and profitability.
* UAE market experience is essential.
* Experience with Amazon KSA, USA, and/or UK will be a strong added advantage.
* Ability to work independently and take full ownership of e-commerce operations.
* Must be commercially focused and capable of growing sales rather than simply maintaining accounts.
