Job Details

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing Rent A Car team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the UAE market and a passion for generating new business and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new corporate and individual customers.
• Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business events.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably in the Rent A Car or automotive industry.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market and corporate sales.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Fluent in English. Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage.
