Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Shisha Lounge Manager to oversee the operations of our two established shisha lounges, located in Ajman and Dubai.

This is a hands-on management position, and the successful candidate will divide their working week between both locations — ideally 3 days in Ajman and 3 days in Dubai.

Working Schedule
6 days per week, 1 day off
Approximately 3 days in Ajman and 3 days in Dubai
Must be flexible with working hours
Weekend evening availability is essential, as these are our busiest trading periods

Key Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day performance of both lounges
Manage and supervise staff across both locations
Monitor P&L, sales, costs and overall profitability
Manage stock, inventory and stock controls
Control wastage and ensure accurate stock usage
Manage suppliers, purchasing and deliveries
Maintain high standards of customer service
Ensure staff rotas and manpower levels are appropriate for busy periods
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce unnecessary costs
Regularly report performance and operational issues to the owners

Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience working in shisha lounges, preferably in a management position
Strong knowledge of shisha lounge operations
Proven experience managing P&L and budgets
Strong stock and inventory management experience
Experience managing, training and motivating staff
Commercially minded and focused on profitability
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Able to work independently and take ownership of both locations
Must currently hold a valid UAE freelance visa
Must be able to work weekend evenings
