**WE ARE HIRING – PRIORITY ROLE: DATA COLLECTOR / RENTAL & SALES BROKER**
**Mayfair Real Estate – Ajman** is looking for an experienced and highly motivated **Data Collector / Rental & Sales Broker** to join our team.
**Our main priority is DATA COLLECTION.** We are specifically looking for someone who can build and expand **Mayfair Real Estate’s own property database** by sourcing accurate and direct information from property owners, landlords, building owners, developers, and investors across Ajman.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collect fresh and accurate property data specifically for **Mayfair Real Estate**.
* Contact property owners, landlords, and building owners directly.
* Build and maintain Mayfair’s database of villas, apartments, buildings, plots, and commercial properties.
* Source new rental and sales listings directly from owners.
* Keep owner contact details, property availability, prices, and information organised and updated.
* Generate new leads and opportunities for Mayfair’s rental and sales team.
* Follow up regularly with owners to keep the database active and current.
* Assist with rental and sales deals when required.
**Requirements:**
* Strong knowledge of the Ajman real estate market.
* Previous experience in property data collection, rentals, or sales.
* Candidates with their **own existing owner/landlord database and active property data will be strongly preferred**.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Good knowledge of Ajman areas and current property prices.
* Active, organised, professional, and target-driven.
* Must be able to continuously generate **new property data for Mayfair Real Estate**.
