Job Details

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Brokers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling , and renting properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals and providing excellent customer service while achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls , networking, referrals and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand clients property requirements and recommend suitable options.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers ,tenants and landlords.
• Prepare and follow up on sales, purchase and leasing agreements.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on Ajman real estate market trend and property values.
• Promote properties through social media and property portals.
• Coordinate with developers, property owners and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ARRA and UAE real estate regulations.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.
• Attend team meetings
