**Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of UAE sales experience (mandatory)
- Real estate experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- UAE driving license is a plus
**Responsibilities**
- Generate leads and build client relationships
- Handle property sales and rentals, viewings and closings
- Manage documentation and follow-ups
