We are looking for an Admin & Operations Assistant / PRO Officer to join our automotive company.
Responsibilities:
* Handle company external transactions and documentation.
* Follow up with government departments and related authorities.
* Assist with daily showroom operations.
* Move, arrange, and manage vehicles inside and outside the showroom.
* Deliver and collect vehicles when required.
* Provide transportation support for company staff when needed.
* Purchase office/showroom supplies and coordinate with suppliers.
* Support management with any assigned operational tasks.
Requirements:
* Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
* Good knowledge of UAE roads.
* Responsible, organized, and flexible with different tasks.
* Previous experience in automotive field is preferred.
