We are looking for a discipline coordinator who will responsible for
Develop strategic export sales plans to achieve company revenue and profitability targets across international markets.
Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities through distributors, wholesalers, retailers, contractors, consultants, and project clients worldwide.
Establish, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with international customers, distributors, and business partners.
Manage negotiations for commercial agreements, pricing, payment terms, and distribution partnerships while ensuring profitability.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging markets, customer demands, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Develop country-specific market entry and business development strategies to increase global market presence.
Handle the complete export sales cycle, including lead generation, quotations, negotiations, order confirmation, shipment coordination, and after-sales support.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, customs requirements, and country-specific import regulations.
Coordinate closely with logistics, procurement, warehouse, finance, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth export operations and timely deliveries.
Prepare export sales forecasts, budgets, sales reports, and market performance analyses for management.
Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators while implementing corrective actions where required.
Represent the company at international trade exhibitions, industry conferences, business meetings, and networking events to strengthen the company's global presence.
Stay updated on global lighting technologies, market developments, international standards, and industry innovations.
