Job Details
We are looking for a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our maintenance company in Ajman, UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair split, package, central, VRF, and other HVAC systems.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related faults.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as scheduled.
Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, thermostats, electrical connections, and control panels.
Clean filters, coils, ducts, drain lines, and condenser units.
Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, and related repairs.
Read technical manuals, drawings, and equipment specifications.
Attend customer complaints and complete service calls professionally.
Prepare maintenance reports and inform the supervisor of required spare parts or major repairs.
Follow company procedures, health and safety regulations, and UAE electrical and HVAC standards.
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition.
Ensure work areas are clean and safe after completing each job.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an AC/HVAC Technician.
Experience in building and facility maintenance is preferred.
Good knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and HVAC troubleshooting.
Ability to use basic testing tools and service equipment.
UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license are an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to work outdoors, under pressure, and on emergency call-outs when required.
