Job Details
Hiring: Civil Site Engineer – Ajman
Project: Villa Construction
Location: Ajman, UAE
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Civil Engineering degree with relevant UAE construction experience.
- Valid SOE Card is mandatory.
- Driving License Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Ajman Municipality regulations, building permits, inspections and relevant authority approvals.
- Experience in villa construction, preferably G+2 projects.
- Proficient in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, material take-offs and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
- Supervise structural works, including foundations, raft, footings, columns, beams and slabs.
- Ensure construction follows approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, architects and MEP teams.
- Monitor material usage, site safety, work progress and quality control.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress schedules and contractor bills.
- Coordinate inspections, concrete testing and project handover.
- Knowledge of subcontractors in Ajman.
