Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for floral arrangements, strong artistic skills, and the ability to create elegant bouquets and floral concepts for various occasions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and arrange fresh flower bouquets and floral displays
* Prepare customized floral arrangements based on customer requests
* Maintain flower quality and presentation standards
* Assist customers with recommendations and product selection
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace
* Support daily shop operations when required
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Floral Designer or Florist
* Strong creativity and sense of design
* Knowledge of flowers and floral care
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in luxury floral arrangements is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in retail flower shops or luxury floral brands
* Basic English communication skills
