We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive who is passionate about the furniture industry and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Strong knowledge of furniture products, materials, and finishes, with the ability to confidently explain product features and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
* Friendly, confident, and professional personality with excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Experienced in handling CRM systems, maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and responding to customer inquiries promptly through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Fluent in both Arabic and English , with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
