Job Details
Make outbound calls to interested or registered users to introduce new games, features, and tournaments.
Assist users with the registration process, platform navigation, and onboarding.
Drive user retention and re-engagement by informing users about exclusive rewards, deposit offers, and loyalty programs.
Understand user preferences, gather feedback, and report insights to the team.Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Must be highly fluent in at least ONE of the following languages: Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil. (Multilingual candidates speaking more than one of these will be highly preferred).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and an engaging phone presence.
