Overview
We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Engineer to join our team, specializing in the supply and installation of high-quality marble and natural stone for commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design, fabrication, and site installation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
The Project Engineer will be responsible for the technical and operational success of assigned projects, including:
• Project Planning & Coordination:
o Develop and manage the overall project schedule, ensuring alignment between marble supply, fabrication, and on-site installation timelines.
o Coordinate daily activities with the design department, fabrication workshop, and installation crews.
o Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, architects, and main contractors.
• Technical & Quality Assurance:
o Review architectural drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure accurate material take-off and compliance.
o Prepare and submit shop drawings, material samples, and technical data sheets for client/consultant approval.
o Conduct regular quality checks on materials received and during the installation process to ensure adherence to standards and approved samples.
• Site Management:
o Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
o Manage site logistics, including material delivery, storage, and handling.
o Coordinate site measurements and templates to minimize material wastage and fabrication errors.
• Financial & Administrative:
o Monitor project costs, track variations, and assist in preparing progress invoices and final accounts.
o Manage and track all project documentation, including submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and technical reports.
o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.

Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in the construction or natural stone/marble industry.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
o Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) for shop drawing review and preparation.
o Knowledge of marble/natural stone types, fabrication methods, and installation techniques (wet and dry cladding systems).
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
