📍 Location: Ajman, UAE
🏢 Industry: Labour Supply / Manpower Recruitment

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Accounts Executive to join our labour supply company.

🔹 REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Proven experience in Labour Supply / Manpower Supply in the UAE
✅ Experience in Manpower Recruitment & Worker Deployment
✅ Strong knowledge of labour supply operations and client coordination
✅ Good communication & conversation skills
✅ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
✅ Experience handling workers, clients, attendance, timesheets and related documentation
✅ knowledge of accounts, invoicing, payments and receivables
✅ Ability to coordinate with clients, workers, recruiters and subcontractors
✅ Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent manpower requirements
✅ Good English communication skills

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day labour supply operations
• Coordinate worker recruitment, mobilization and deployment
• Communicate with clients regarding manpower requirements
• Monitor attendance and timesheets
• Prepare and follow up on invoices and payments
• Coordinate worker salaries and operational requirements
• Handle client and worker issues professionally
• Solve operational problems quickly and effectively
• Maintain proper records and reports

💼 Experience in the UAE labour supply industry is mandatory.
