Showroom Cleaning & Hospitality Assistant

Sadbar Autohaus FZE is looking for a reliable and well-presented Showroom Cleaning & Hospitality Assistant to support the daily operations of our automotive showroom.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining showroom cleanliness, preparing tea and refreshments, supporting basic hospitality for customers and guests, and keeping the showroom environment clean, organized, and professional.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, office area, customer lounge, pantry, washroom, glass panels, furniture, and entrance area.
- Sweep, mop, dust, wipe surfaces, empty bins, and ensure the showroom remains presentable throughout the day.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to customers, guests, and management.
- Assist with light meal preparation or arranging meals when required.
- Keep the pantry, cups, plates, trays, and serving items clean and organized.
- Welcome customers politely and provide basic hospitality support when needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, stains, or supply shortages to management.
- Follow company hygiene, cleanliness, and professional conduct standards.
Showroom & Vehicle Support
- Assist with basic vehicle-related support tasks when required by management.
- Attend vehicle loading, unloading, or offloading activities when needed.
- Help check vehicles during arrival or delivery and report any visible damage, scratches, dents, missing items, or concerns to management.
- Support the showroom team during vehicle receiving, movement, and preparation.
- Ensure vehicles and showroom areas remain clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow management instructions and safety guidelines when assisting with vehicle-related tasks.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, office assistant, showroom, or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Honest, punctual, reliable, and respectful.
- Able to work independently and follow instructions.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Must be careful when handling showroom furniture, glass, flooring, and company items.
Working Hours
Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
The candidate may also be required to support occasional urgent tasks outside normal working hours, such as vehicle loading/offloading, vehicle receiving, showroom preparation, or other operational requirements and additional duties, subject to company policy.
