Job Title: Auto Loan Specialist / Car Finance Coordinator

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time (Office-based)10:00-19：00

Job Overview:

We are a growing auto dealership looking for a dedicated and experienced Auto Loan Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work directly from our office, supporting the showroom sales team by managing all bank financing procedures, customer documentation, and bank approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end auto loan processing with various UAE banks.

Support showroom sales executives by taking over customer finance inquiries and documentation.

Pre-screen customers, check eligibility, and collect required documents (Salary Certificates, Bank Statements, Emirates ID, etc.).

Maintain strong relationships with bank representatives and credit officers (e.g., ENBD, FAB, ADCB, DIB).

Follow up on loan approvals, car valuations, mortgage registration, and bank payouts.

Provide accurate updates to sales reps and customers regarding loan status.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UAE car loan processing / auto finance.

Existing network and good relations with UAE bank auto-loan coordinators.

Strong knowledge of UAE bank lending criteria, document requirements, and processes.

Fluent in English (Arabic, Urdu, or Tagalog is a plus).

Detail-oriented with strong communication and administrative skills.

What We Offer:
