🚨 We’re Hiring: Accounts Executive
📍 Location: Ajman, UAE
📅 Job Type: Full-time | 6 Days/Week | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
ALBAKAR LOGISTICS LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support management with timely reporting. Experience in trucking/logistics accounting is a strong advantage.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
✅Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
✅Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
✅Monitor cash flow, COD collections, and bank deposits.
✅Assist in payroll processing and expense management.
✅Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
✅Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for smooth operations.
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✔Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the logistics/transport sector.
✔Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT compliance.
✔Proficient in MS Excel and standard accounting software.
✔Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
