Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accountant CUM Administration to join our growing aluminum fabrication company. The company has a team of 10–15 employees. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
- Handle invoicing, supplier payments, customer collections, and petty cash.
- Prepare payroll and maintain employee records.
- Manage VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including return filing in accordance with UAE laws.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.
- Handle purchasing activities, including obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Maintain inventory and purchase records.
- Perform general office administration and document management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in accounting and administration.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations and filing procedures.
- Experience in purchasing and procurement is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in the aluminum fabrication, construction, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines.
- UAE Driving License
Salary: AED 3,000–4,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in the UAE
