Job Details

Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts, including daily accounting entries, ledgers, journals, and general accounting records.

Record and verify sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and bank transactions on a timely basis.

Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Trial Balance.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, including customer collections, supplier payments, outstanding balances, and ageing reports.

Reconcile bank accounts, cash balances, customer accounts, supplier accounts, and other ledger accounts regularly.

Monitor daily cash collections and petty cash, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and recorded.

Maintain proper records of cheques, post-dated cheques, deposits, withdrawals, and bank transfers.

Monitor company cash flow and working capital and provide regular updates to management.

Check and reconcile POS sales, cash sales, card payments, online payments, and bank settlements.

Assist with stock valuation and inventory reconciliation where required.

Ensure all accounting transactions have proper invoices, receipts, approvals, and supporting documents.

Coordinate with tax consultants/auditors and provide required accounting documents and reports.

Ensure compliance with applicable UAE accounting, VAT, and financial record-keeping requirements.
Must be good in Ms Office and preferable if have construction experience
