Last Eight (8) years of my service time in Exchange industry, I worked in exchange companies in UAE & OMAN, where every single day, I was dealing with more than a hundred customers of more than twenty (20) nationalities in prime locations DUBAI & MUSCAT. This period made me a stronger and an experienced team leader capable of dealing with any situation in the field of Business Development, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing to meet targets and deadlines. I dealt with multiple nationalities, races, colours, officials (govt. & non-govt), diplomats, etc, in this period.

Business Development for Relationship Management in identifying market activities, Current trends, and Competitors' activities.
Cover maximum range of clients/outlets through Phone Call, Email, & Visit.
Sells by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.

Prepare regular reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information.
