Hi, I’m Mohammed Sajith. I’ve spent the last 11+ years growing in the coffee industry, including 6 years managing specialty cafés in the UAE.
Coffee has been more than a job for me ,it’s something I truly enjoy, and it has shaped who I am professionally.

Over the years, I’ve handled day-to-day café operations, team training, recipe development, customer experience, and everything in between. I also have strong pre-opening experience, from planning the layout and sourcing equipment to hiring, training, and launching new cafés smoothly and successfully.

Along the way, I completed my Diploma in Hospitality Management, which helped me strengthen my leadership style, service approach, and operational decision-making.

I’m now looking for a place where I can bring my experience, passion, and commitment to quality.
