Check-in and Check-out Timings
Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Local Taxes
Tourism Dirham tax of AED 20 per night is applicable on this property, along with a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT).
Standard Occupancy
This property is suitable to accommodate up to four (4) guests.
Guest Registration
Passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests must be provided at least 48 hours in advance to ensure smooth check-in.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 is required, which will be returned 7 days post check-out inspection.
