Looking for a flatmate to share a 1 BHK apartment in Dubailand, available from 1st August.

The apartment has two balconies — one attached to the master bedroom and one in the hall. The flatmate will have access to the hall area, kitchen, balcony, and a common washroom used by me and the other person share this apartment.

A little about me: I work in the hospitality industry and am mostly out, so I’m looking for someone responsible who will treat the place like their own.

The area is very peaceful and calm. There’s a garden just 50 metres away with badminton and padel courts. Although there is some construction nearby, the rooms are soundproof, so it stays quiet inside.
