Hello Guys,

I’m looking for a flatmate for a 1-bedroom apartment in Dubai Land. I’m renting out the hall area, which has a single bed, sofa, attached kitchen area, and balcony. Maximum occupancy is 1 person only.

****Preferably INDIAN****

Amenities & Location:

Balcony
Shared gym
Shared swimming pool
Fully furnished
Wi-Fi included
DEWA included
Park is just 100 metres away
Peaceful and quiet neighbourhood

The building is relatively new, and I’ve been staying here for the past year. It’s a peaceful, quiet, and well-maintained building.

Parking: The only drawback is that the building does not have dedicated parking. However, ample public parking is available directly in front of the building, so finding parking is generally not an issue.

Looking for someone who:

Keeps the place clean
Maintains good hygiene
Respects the shared space
Follows building rules

Availability: From 15 September onwards or 1 oct
