Kazema General Trading LLC is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and are motivated to achieve targets, we would like to hear from you.
Requirements
1. 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE (any industry).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Highly motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
4. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
5. Good negotiation and presentation skills.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. CRM is a plus
7. UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contact and engage with enquiries received from the Marketing Team.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
3. Prepare and send quotations to customers in a timely manner.
4. Follow up regularly on quotations and enquiries to maximize conversion rates.
5. Negotiate and close sales opportunities while maintaining company pricing guidelines.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
7. Coordinate with Production Engineer and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
8. Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
9. Follow up on outstanding payments and support the Accounts team in ensuring timely collections.
10. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
11. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets set by management.
12. Prepare sales activity and conversion reports as required.
Salary & Benefits
1. Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)
2. Incentives based on performance
3. Annual Leave and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law
