Business Development Manager – Interior Design & Fit-Out
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven and successful track record exclusively in the UAE Interior Design & Fit-Out industry.
Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of successful UAE experience in an Interior Design & Fit-Out company.
• Proven ability to generate new business and secure Interior Design & Fit-Out projects for residential and commercial projects.
• Must have an existing network of clients in the UAE, including developers, consultants, architects, contractors, property owners, corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, retail brands, and real estate companies.
• Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and successfully closing Interior Design & Fit-Out projects.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE Interior Design & Fit-Out market, tendering process, project lifecycle, and project coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, approvals, permits, contracts, and legal requirements related to Interior Design & Fit-Out projects, including coordination with relevant authorities where required.
• Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, BOQs, contracts, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently identify opportunities, generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Must own a car for client meetings and business development activities.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
