Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role based in Ajman. The Real Estate Broker will manage property listings, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements, negotiating offers, and preparing necessary documentation. The role involves generating leads, building and maintaining a client portfolio, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The broker will be expected to stay informed about local real estate trends and uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service.
Qualifications :
Candidates should possess strong knowledge and practical experience in Real Estate.
Candidates should possess skills in Brokerage, including transaction management and negotiation.
Candidates should possess abilities in Sales, with a focus on lead generation and closing deals.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including clear communication and client support.
Relevant real estate license or certification as required by local regulations.
Proficiency in Ajman and UAE real estate market practices is highly beneficial.
Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage.
