We’re Hiring! 🏢 | Real Estate Sales Coordinator & Field Executive
📍 Location: Ajman, UAE
💰 Salary: AED 2,000 + Travel Allowance
🪪 Preferred: Candidates with existing UAE Residency Visa
🚗 Driving License: Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle real estate buying, selling & rental activities
- Manage rental property documentation and filing
- Maintain and update existing Inventory of company Commercial/ Residential Properties & new property inventory
- Coordinate property listings across online platforms
- Create and manage online property listings
- Support social media marketing and digital campaigns
- Follow up with property owners, tenants and prospective buyers
- Coordinate property viewings and field activities
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in UAE real estate is preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Basic knowledge of social media and online marketing
- Ability to work independently in office and field environments
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Candidates with existing UAE Residency Visa are preferred
