We are seeking a professional and experienced Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential property in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth building operations, tenant satisfaction, and proper maintenance of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall building operations, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness
• Handle tenant relations, complaints, and inquiries in a professional manner
• Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers
• Ensure timely collection of rents and compliance with tenancy agreements
• Monitor utility usage and building expenses
• Maintain records of tenants, contracts, and building activities
• Ensure adherence to all local regulations and safety standards, with sound knowledge of tenancy laws, contract procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building/property management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of maintenance and facility management
• Ability to handle tenants and resolve issues efficiently
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting
Preferred:
• Experience in managing residential buildings in the UAE
• Familiarity with Ajman Municipality regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to speak and understand Arabic
