Embroidery Machine Operator – Full Time
Location: Ajman, UAE
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team on a full-time basis in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating computerized embroidery machines and handling embroidery production for various products including corporate gifts, uniforms, caps, bags, garments, and promotional items.
Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining. UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and manage computerized embroidery machine (BARUDAN 6 HEAD) efficiently.
• Prepare machines for production, including threading, frame setup, tension adjustment, and material alignment.
• Create, edit, and modify embroidery designs based on customer requirements.
• Use embroidery software such as Wilcom, Tajima, Pulse, or similar programs.
• Monitor embroidery quality, stitch accuracy, thread breaks, and production output.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Handle embroidery work on different materials including fabric, caps, bags, garments, and promotional products.
• Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Train and guide machine helpers/operators when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of embroidery workstations and accessories.
Requirements
• Proven experience (3-5 years) operating embroidery machines, preferably multi-head machines
• Knowledge of embroidery digitizing and embroidery software.
• Ability to troubleshoot common machine and stitching issues.
• Good understanding of threads, fabrics, stabilizers, and embroidery techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent production deadlines.
• Basic English communication skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is considered an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
