We are looking for a Tele-Sales / Call Center Agent to join our automotive sales team.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers by phone and WhatsApp.
Answer customer inquiries about vehicles, prices, specifications, financing and available offers.
Follow up with interested customers and existing leads.
Encourage customers to visit our showroom and arrange appointments.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales.
Provide professional and friendly customer service.
Requirements:
Good communication and sales skills.
Experience in telesales, customer service or automotive sales is preferred.
Able to communicate confidently with customers over the phone and WhatsApp.
Basic computer skills.
Target-oriented and responsible.
