About the Role We are seeking highly motivated, professional, and results-driven Tele Sales & Customer Service Agents to join our growing team for an immediate start.
This role combines outbound telesales, customer engagement, lead conversion, and customer service support, making it ideal for individuals who are confident communicators in the English language, persuasive sales professionals, and equally committed to delivering excellent customer service.
The successful candidate must have exceptionally clear spoken English, with a neutral British or American-style accent strongly preferred, as clear and professional communication with customers is essential.
Key Responsibilities
-Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective customers and leads. -Professionally present company services/products and convert enquiries into sales. -Follow up with warm and cold leads to maximise conversions. -Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally via phone and messaging platforms. -Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience. -Respond to customer questions, concerns, and objections confidently and professionally. -Build strong rapport and trust with prospective and existing customers. -Process customer information accurately and maintain CRM/customer records. -Assist with appointment setting, follow-ups, and sales pipeline management. -Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service targets. -Escalate issues appropriately where necessary whilst maintaining professionalism.
Essential Requirements
-Fluent English is absolutely mandatory with exceptionally clear pronunciation and communication skills. -Neutral British or American-style spoken English accent strongly preferred. -Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, call centre, customer service, or sales support. -Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling skills. -Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality. -Ability to handle objections, complaints, and customer queries professionally. -Comfortable making high volumes of calls daily. -Good computer literacy and ability to use CRM systems and communication platforms. -Available to start immediately.
Preferred Skills
-Experience dealing with international customers. -Lead generation and appointment-setting experience. -Strong upselling / cross-selling abilities. -Ability to multitask between sales and customer support duties. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
