Job Description – Call Centre Agent
Location: Ajman
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assist customers with their inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain good communication and customer service
• Update customer details in the system
• Follow company guidelines while handling customers
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in call centre or customer support is preferred|
