Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain and update customer database
Follow up with interested customers to close sales
Handle customer objections professionally
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales or similar role (preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Fluent in English (Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage)
