We are a growing marble and tile company looking for a motivated Project Coordinator Cum Estimator to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an engineering background or basic knowledge of marble, stone, porcelain, granite, or tile works who is eager to build a successful long-term career in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations and cost estimates.
Read architectural and shop drawings.
Prepare cutting lists and material take-offs.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and site teams.
Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and project documentation.
Follow up on project progress and material deliveries.
Assist the project manager with daily coordination and reporting.
Requirements
Engineering background (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or related field) is preferred.
Basic knowledge of marble, granite, porcelain, quartz, or tile works is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Candidates with their own valid UAE visa will be given preference.
