I am a *SIRA Licensed Security Supervisor* with License No. *201682*, valid until *28th October 2026*. I also have an *Ex-Nepal Army background* and *12+ Years of Security Experience in Dubai*.
During my career, I have worked in VIP protection, Malls, Freezone, and Commercial sites. My key responsibilities included:
1. *Team Management*: Leading and supervising 20+ security guards per shift
2. *Reporting*: Incident reports, daily logbook, handover reports
3. *Client Handling*: Coordinating with clients and ensuring SOP compliance
4. *CCTV & Access Control*: Monitoring, patrol supervision, and emergency response
I am disciplined, punctual, and have strong communication skills. My military background has trained me in leadership, crisis management, and decision-making under pressure. I am available immediately and can join any location in Dubai including DIP, Jebel Ali, and Downtown.
