الوصف:

• Performs various Executive support tasks that may highly confidential and sensitive.

• Maintain diary and schedule meeting and appointment accordingly.

• Liaise between management and employees on all administration matters.

• Assist in planning and preparing/compilation of the Executive General Body Meeting documents and sending them on time to the concerned viz. Chairman, Executive Directors, Boardof Directors and its members.

• Arranging the venue for Board of Directors meeting and Annual General Meeting
And responsible for arranging associated works.

• Co-ordinate with hotel bookings, flight tickets, logistic coordination, and other arrangements for Management.

•Co-ordinate with PRO and government departments with regards to visa application/renewals/FEWA/SEWA/Vehicle renewals etc

• Keep proper records of incoming and outgoing correspondence, file documents and letters systematically and keep all assigned files up-to-date.

• Maintain the confidentiality of all the sensitive documents and information’s of the company.

• Maintains attendance reports, leave records, trip records, and logs of key personnel.

• Attend to phone calls on behalf of Management and provide necessary information to customers.
• Coordinate travel arrangements inclusive of air-ticket, hotel accommodation, visa arrangements, claims for Management and key personnel.

• Monitor visitor access and main security awareness.

• Respond to public enquiries and tactfully handle confrontational or stressful interactions.

• Supervise work schedules and efficiency of the Office Boy and Company Drivers.

• Sort out incoming/ outgoing mails and correspondence on the base of urgency, priority, confidentiality, or routing to facilitate quick and efficient service to the concerned.


• Assists HR Department for the recruitment and hiring of qualified candidates for the vacant positions. Helping for the induction of the newly joined staffs.

• Perform any other jobs assigned by the superior as per exigencies of work

• Performs all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
