Before moving into auction management, I spent over seven years as a Customer Service Supervisor at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), where I led high-performing teams, exceeded performance targets, and mentored new staff — skills that continue to underpin my approach to cross-functional leadership and service excellence.
My core strengths include auction procedures and workflow design, vehicle logistics, team leadership and training, KPI monitoring, quality control, and customer relationship management. I am multilingual (English, Urdu, Hindi), hold a UAE driving license, and am highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting.
