I'd been in the field for almost 13 years and started as a Sale Associate until promoted to Store Supervisor. Five years back I was migrated as a Senior Sales Executive from the Mattress Store, until they've landed me to the back office in the role of a Sales Admin/ Sales Coordinator / Customer Support Specialist. Due to unexpected circumstances, I transfered into a new Company, in the different field ( Events) but the same Team of Customer Service (Telesales Call Center/ Acquisition), and I'd been for 2 years now. During those working years, I have gained extensive knowledge of Customer Service protocols, troubleshooting & problem solving. I have even developed strong personal skills which enabled me to build positive relationships with the Customers. I posses a natural ability to remain calm under pressure and I am capable to think quickly and efficiently in order to solve Customers queries and complaints. I am an effective communicator both written and verbal & I am able to communicate with the Customers in a more professional & courteous manner I am confident as well in my ability to provide accurate & appropriate information to Customers in a timely manner. I am motivated and self driven and can work in even without a supervision. I believed that my skills & experience makes me an ideal candidate for the Position I am posting, even the age I've reached now is just a number, as matured applicants are more reliable,more skilled and more passionate with the skills that I've earned all through the years.
